What is Occupational Stress?  Definition below:

Occupational stress is stress experienced by an employee which stems from workplace conditions.

Occupational stress can relate to a job position, responsibilities, environment, culture, conflicts or various other work-related pressures. Stress related to work can be a major health risk, as well as detrimental to an employee’s motivation to work. It is very important for HR departments to help prevent and treat occupational stress.
