What is Military Leave?  Definition below:

Military leave from work refers to time off given to employees with active or inactive United States military duties, such as with the National Guard.

Through the military leave policy, employees who require time off for military purposes are guaranteed their job, or a comparable position, upon return to work. These employees must give advanced notice for their military leave.
