What is Indirect Compensation?  Definition below:

Indirect Compensation is any form of benefit offered to employees which is non-monetary.

Indirect Compensation allows an organization to look more appealing to potential and existing employees. Benefits such as health insurance, pension plans, childcare, a company car or cellphone, and annual leave are all considered to be indirect compensation.
