What is Employee Onboarding?  Definition below:

Employee Onboarding describes the process of bringing in newly hired employees into a company.

The employee onboarding process can last weeks, and involves orientation training and formal paperwork. Onboarding focuses on initiating new employees to a company’s culture, vision, and expectations. New hires will be socialized with existing employees in order to transition them into effective members of the organization.
