What is a Passive Candidate?  Definition below:

”A Passive Candidate is an individual who is not actively seeking employment at a new company, but who is considered a potential candidate by a different employer.

A passive candidate is sought after by a company due to their impressive qualities. Since a passive candidate is not searching or applying for a position, recruiters contact these individuals with job offers and reasons to join their team.
