What are Fringe Benefits?  Definition below:

Fringe Benefits, otherwise known as 'employee benefits,' refer to any perk offered by an organization in addition to an employee's salary.

Fringe benefits include many common supplements such as health benefits, retirement plans, paid vacation time, a company car, etc. By offering a variety of fringe benefits, an organization has greater potential of attracting new employees and keeping existing ones.
