What is Form 940?  Definition below:

The Form 940 is a required annual report sent by employers to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) which pays for unemployment taxes.

Unemployment tax under the Form 940 is not to removed from an employee’s pay. This specific tax is required from most organizations in order to fund unemployment services.
