What is an Exit Interview?  Definition below:

An Exit Interview is an exchange of information between an employer and an employee that is leaving the company.

An exit interview is a vital form of communication prior to the separation of an employee and his or her company. This survey allows a company to learn why an employee has decided to leave. The exit interview can be very useful in improving factors within an organization which can fuel future employee retention.
