What is Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS)? Definition below:

”Based on the Net Promoter Score System, this tool helps a company gauge employees’ satisfaction and loyalty to the organization.

The Employee Net Promoter Score can ultimately help organizations improve the workplace experience for employees. This anonymous survey measures how likely an employee is to recommend their company to others. This survey should be done on a regular basis in order to maintain a pulse on employees’ overall satisfaction.
