What is a Cross-Functional Team? Definition below:

”A Cross-Functional Team is a group of individuals from various departments within an organization.

A cross-functional team may consist of employees from the sales, marketing, engineering, or human resources departments. These teams can be very beneficial in maintaining communication throughout an organization.
