What is a Career Plateau? Definition below:

”A career plateau occurs when an employee feels he or she cannot progress anymore in their current position.

This may be caused by an individual reaching the highest position possible for them at an organization. A career plateau may also occur when an employee feels unfulfilled or stuck in their current role.
